I got some Black House earlier last week and I'm going to lay my 2 tins down for a while and smoke the bulk. Man, that stuff is outstanding. Also looking forward to trying the Bullseye Flake from all the good chatter about it on here. And naturally I've been after Stonehaven for quite some time, too.
