I found the older pipe in a tool box about 30 years ago. It looked as if a mouse had been chewing on the shank. I sent it out for a new stem and the repaur guy touched up the finish to mask the damage.

Those look nice. I only have bent pipes at the moment, but I'm thinking about something like this.

Fact is, I never knew gramps smoked a pie until I found this and a couple of ohters man y years after he passed. Family secrets, sheesh.

I grew up with my gandpa smoking his pipes, and always would sit at his feet while he was smoking them. He died when I was a teenager and I have no idea where his pipes went. I sure wish I had one now though. I would love to see what kind he smoked. He was a doctor so I would assume it would be something decent, he did have style.
