Why don't they just do what they want and ban it. Smoking has gone up here since the indoor smoking ban. Its just going to make things more difficult for people that work in shops.

It is not very effective in Australia. I still see school kids lighting up daily and countless other smokers outside their workplaces. If someone wants to smoke cancer sticks they will do it no matter what.

It has just about ruined the premium cigar industry though, we only have about 5 shops nationwide and a few have shut shop because they have to put plain bands on cigars and cannot sell the original boxes.
