June made me come home from the lake to get the taxes ready and start mowing... Well, it's raining

like hell so mowing is out (as is the golf course), but I did get the taxes going... Thought I'd

photo some of my pipes which I did about a year ago.... I have three estate meerschaums which you

will most likely be able to pick out easily. The rest I have smoked from day one. (The mermaid isn't

an estate... it's all mine). Some I've smoked a lot more than others and I haven't smoked a couple at

all.

Hey rothnh.... Not sure which poker you mean. The basket weave was dark and colored already

yes... The kinda orange looking poker actually is pressed meerschaum, was white when I bought

it in '74, but has colored well against most peoples belief that it would ever happen... I was

lucky I think. But I still may be missing which pipe you mean.

I love your meer collection TopD. Your pictures are what inspired me to add a meerschaum to my rotation. Now I want a basket weave, I guess my pipe envy never ends.

I love seeing your collection! My rule I've set for myself is no more pipes, just baccy. Unless the pipe is really striking. I may have to add or is a meer to that rule. I love meers.

I made that same new years resolution this year... no more pipes, just tobacco. But, I ordered a new

Baki yesterday... just couldn't help myself.

In my opinion, you can't go wrong with a meer carved by Mr. Baki. "Once you go Baki, you never go backee!"
