Can't say I have an answer for ya, but I have never seen it in Canada either. Might be a USA only line.
I listened to Mr. Hanson's discussion about the HH blends on the Pipes Magazine Radio Show. Great interview. He mentions that the entire line is US only but doesn't really say why as far as I remember. Maybe 100 gr. tins are too expensive and don't sell well overseas? Maybe there just isn't enough of these blends for world wide distribution?

They are available in some European countries. Except Latakia Flake, I wonder when that will be, I'd be interested in trying some. :

:Interesting that that are made for the American market. My tins say they are 3,5oz. If they were meant only for the Americans you would think the tin would say 3.5oz.
