Its basic stuff that would help me decide whether to stock up on the blend or not. Also left room for notes and suggestions for example if i decided to revisit it i would suggest more dry time if the tobacco was too wet and left alot of goop at the end.

I made the sheet in Excel If any one wants it PM me your email address and ill send it to you. I can also send it in PDF but you wont be able to make changes in that format.
I put two entries side by side so that in the future if i decide to revisit a blend to see if my tastes have changed or to see how it has changed with age i can do a side by side comparison. i hope this is helpful to others on here wanting to start a journal.
