Picked up my first Larrysson pipe, an estate, from Mike at Briar Blues (a great guy to deal with). Very nice grain and an interesting shape. Hope it smokes well.

Love the canted bowl and the contracting stain. I'm confident you'll be pleased. WTG! Let us know how it smokes

Absolutely gorgeous grain, and its restoration looks near perfect! I also think Mike is a great and helpful guy. All the best with this pipe.

The grain is beautiful! The color really compliments the grain.

As long as I got a pipe full of baccy and a nose full of snuff, I'm a happy camper

I like the stain and almost LB like shape. Larryssons are supposed to be great smokers, let us know how it works out.

Extremely beautiful. My first (and only) Larrysson Pickaxe is in the mail, at least he said it would be today. I can't wait but I sure do love this pipe you have here .

    Stunning pipe.

I knew nothing about Larrysson until I just read his page at Pipedia and then visited his website.

He's quite a talent and you've got a great eye.

I know Paul, and I know his pipes are excellent. Nice grab there, that is one handsome smoker! You'll find it will smoke very well.

    Good Day All

Sadly a small snag has come up. The pipe is not here. It appears it must have either walked away on it's own, or was sold before and not recorded. The latter makes sense as there is no way this pipe should have been here as long as it was.

Paul makes a superb pipe. Does not get near the credit he is due. If you get the chance to scoop one, be it new or estate, I'd say go for it.

    Regards
    BB
