I only own Peterson Kinsales in the rusticated finish, purposely avoiding the smooth finish due to hearing some anecdotes some years back of some folks whose smooth finish ones had their finish bubble some. Now I'm interested in some new smooth finish ones. So, am curious if some pipers have some experience with smooth finish Kinsales of newer vintage and, if so, what's been your experience with that finish. Thanks.
