Just wondering if there were any new books on our hobby out there ? If any one has read, purchased , or just know of any I would like some new ones. I have several but have read them all cover to cover many times. I always seem to learn something new every time I read them but still would like something new. :puffpipe:

Don't know if u have heard of "Pimo's Guide to Pipe Crafting at Home . It is a book about making pipes, published in 1976, and is still current in content. It was written by a now deceased pipe maker in Vermont, Al Baier. His wife Ginny still sells briar, stems, pipe making tools etc. their website is www.pimopipecraft.com if you would like to know more about the book. The email for them is pimo@vermontel.net. I have the book and will use it to fashion and make a well made pipe!

My Friend Gary Schrier from Briar Books Press is always publishing great, very high quality books. I assume you've read Fred Hanna, Rick Newcombe and Marc Dion's great books? 8O
