So I am chomping at the bit for my Tsuge Blowfish to get here (It left Smokingpipes on the 5th and still waiting) so to easy my impatiences I headed down to the local B+M for a pouch of Sail I've been wanting to try as it was my Grandda's fav and I've never had it. I walk in a Jeff, the owner, call me to the back as he know I am always looking for something new. He pulls out a squareish pipe with some nice rustication and hands it to me..... Its a Savinelli Collection series...... a 1985 to be exact, the first year of the collection pipes. It fits my hand perfect, its in great condition, and IT MUST BE MINE!!!! So a few minutes later I walking out with my Sail, a new pipe, and I'm still chopping for my blowfish to get here!!
