Any one check out their site lately? I saw Roth mention them in an older post (they do custom blends and also attempt to recreate discontinued blends, if I understand correctly) and I wanted to check them out. But when I go to their site, all the navigation leads to a page that reads:

    HACKED BY DARK KNIGHT SPARDA
    #BD BLACK HAT
    #Bangladeshi Hacker
    contact:sparda@hackermail.com
Greetz to: [long list of usernames...]

So...anyone know what "Dark Knight Sparda" is? Were these guys really hacked? Hacked by some insane anti-smoking nazis perhaps?

Furthermore, if anyone has contact with the House of Calabash guys, maybe let them know this is happening...

The site has been that way for some time, months even(heavens to mergatroid!). I guess the owner hasn't gotten around to fixing it.

Yes. the House of Calabash website was hacked some weeks ago.

There's another thread about this hacking here on PM Forums (you can search it out if interested) and there's also a mention of this hacking on their Facebook page.

    Haven't heard any updates since.

You can call Steve at House of Calabash: (503) 387-5589

House of Calabash is located at 214 7th Street, Oregon City OR 97045

Please let us know what's up @ H of C. if you do find out.

Hehe, I get that. It's not like business is slow for them so no rush.

So I'm assuming you guys are familiar with Rich's Cigar as well. Have any of you tried Rich's blends since Steve moved on? I know they carry a lot of the blends Steve designed, but just wondering whether the quality is still there.

Would love to visit House of Calabash some time . . . but Oregon City is a tad far for me.

There's been some debate on this. My take (and I have no personal experience, this is just from what I read) is that yes, the quality is still there on those blends. YMMV.
