It was my girlfriend, Patricia's birthday yesterday. I took her to Armani's Italian Restaurant @ The Grand Hyatt, Tampa Bay.

That's Tampa Bay. The sun has just set in the west, which is the direction the photo is looking. The causeway going west across the bay is the Courtney Campbell Causeway (Hwy 60) going from Tampa Airport to Clearwater FL.
