Looks very Savinelli esque. Though it is missing the tell tale shape number. If its not a Sav I would hazard a guess that it was probably made by them for someone. But that is just my guess.

This one is big too.
Is the name of the company gigante or is it the model name due to its size?

Both Mastro da Paja and L'Anatra have lines called Gigante. If it is either of those you have a great pipe. At any rate it's a nice looking pot; one of my favorite shapes.

Yes I keep finding billiards or pots lately. I'm a sucker for them too.
I realized I like the bigger bowls, bigger pipes too.

I wonder how to determine if it is one of these makers.
More research this week for sure.

I was recently informed based on shape and rustication that this is almost certainly an unmarked second of Savinelli.
