found these on ebay. theyre pretty old.the seller said theyre old store stock and that theyre unsmoked.theyre in two seperate auctions that end in two days. heres a links for anyone interested

if it was me, i would sell anything, do (almost) anything to scrape together that $20, beg, borrow, steal etc.... i think u might regret it if it slips by you, and as has been said already: they dont make em like that anymore! (of course it could sell for more than 20, but i suspect you will be lucky on this one)

Paul that pipe is 90 years old, it may not be as neutral tasting as you hope. I'm going by the tarnished metal, but any kind of moisture gets sucked up by cobs over time. Could be fine, could taste like musty attic.

Its rare for sure, and a real cool pipe. I just wouldn't *plan* on it being a smoker, but it might be fine. Cobs are like a sponge for funky smells, and the bad ones you just cant smoke enough to get rid of the funk.

I would date both pipes about 1910-1929

I know how you feel mate. I had the PAD and TAD pretty well licked all summer after I quit coming here. . . been back like a week and it just seems to be roaring back. But I have no money in my account so ha ha the joke's on. . . wait, joke's on me isn't it? Dammit. . ..
