Forum / site bugs --- where to report?

I've received email notification of non-existent messages (when I click the link the screen tells me I must be signed in to see them, but signing in accomplishes nothing... The screen keeps saying the same thing.); and I supplied an avatar photo that the system said was accepted, but isn't being used/recognized for some reason.
Does Kevin have a sub board that deals with such things?

I had that happen to me and it was due to the fact that the person that sent the message deleted it before you had a chance to read it.

There isn't a section for bugs/fixes, the mods have to read and catch these.

I suspect your message was deleted.

However, via my phone (Chrome browser), I'm always prompted to log in.

I sent you a PM on the photo.
