Hey,

I'm gonna be ordering a pipe within the next week from a German vendor who has the Salty Dogs,

It's pretty damn good,

although not my favorite plug.
Anyway,

I can get 50g pouches from them for 7,98 € which at todays rates is around $ 9 USD,

add around $ 3 for postal charges to you and it's still a good deal.
Please don't go crazy and request a gigantic order though! :lol:

gauging average delivery time experienced with this vendor I'd say it'll be somewhere between 2-3 weeks until landfall.

the price is low due to me being in the USA and outside of the Eurozone,

so the 19% tax is dropped.

Order just placed moments ago.
Now awaiting verification and all that jazz,

hopefully they actualy had all the baccy in stock,

they should as it had a green light,

I had also wanted to throw in some Germain's Brown Flake and Samuel Gawith Lakeland Dark,

but both had redlights as out of stock.

They are very very good.
The pipe was a made in 2013 Gamboni which I just had to have,

I already have its brother as it is also a similar shape,

and also got from DanPipe,

their pipe pictures aren't exactly great,

but here it is:

The only drawback from ordering from Germany is a rather high DHL shipping charge of 32€,

one reason why I wanted to add more stuff, to get my moneys worth y'know.

As I've noticed your preference for plugs MLC, your opinion on this brand would be of interest to me. Can the Teutonic tobacco traders 'cut the mustard' so to speak? Or the Brits & Irish vastly ahead on this & many other matters as opposed to our Germanic cousins? Thanking you in advance of your reply. (Any old/antique imagery of British/German rivalry would be most welcome.)

Should do a major group buy. Grab a hundred or so pouches and grind them on price. I used to do this with Cuban cigar vendors.
