Injection went well yesterday.Took your advice Cyndi.A bowl of SG Balkan Flake and a dram of Laphroagh single malt.Worked wonders. :D

Thanks Cyndi.Some pain will still be there,old joints :lol: but I am ok with that.At least the shoulder looks to ok so far

takes 2 days of planning for me to be able to drink with re-arangeing my drug schedual.
so, i only drink the good stuff and smoke the best when i do it...
