Boy that's a classic version of a classic pipe. Mostly, you can't just go out a buy that pipe, of that vintage, in that shape and series. That's the luxury of restoration, you end up with something like a one-of-a-kind, or at least a rare item. It looks primo for sure. Some of my senior pipes have aged with me and attained the same status, plus a few estates in the same category.

First time I recall seeing a Bulldog with a rounded rather than a flatter top beginning at the concentric lines. I like it!

I can't find any other pictures of a Comoy's 237, only this 2nd line, Lord Clive, which also appears to have the rounded top. That shape number isn't on any shape chart I can access.
