I just got an email for a sales event at CI, where you make an offer on the price. Lots of seegars, only a few pipe items:
There are still 4 pipes there

And two tobaccos (CAO Black and 965)
My low bid of $5.00 on the 965 tins came back with a $5.99 offer. Not bad.

My low bid of $75 on a Stanwell XMAS 2012 was accepted. Not bad. Try bidding lower.

I've done the MMAO from CI for cigars in the past and they were most lenient on full boxes.

Because that is essentually a bid and if accepted your card is automatically charged. So you can't get out of it.
