I'm at the point in my collection I have very, very few pipes left on either my short list, or bucket list, I do pick up the odd, whimsical and out of the ordinary and figured I was fine until next month when a bucket list pipe became available so the fickle finger of fate performed the buy it function and this rusticated Eltang with bamboo shank is now mine, sigh!

When I think Eltang, I think of this pipe. Definitely Eltangs signature pipe

Banjo, another home run!
That pipe is a stunner. Love the smooth lip to rustication to bamboo.

I now own 3 Eltang pipes, each very special. The first is a Ballerina in homage to the late Bo Nordh who first made it, the second is his rusticated Cutty.

I wanted but the majority are darkly stained and I wanted a light stained one so when this Vergin finish one came up for sale I nabbed it because nothing but a Vergin finish will bring out all of the briars quality and grain by being smoked and obtaining a natural patina.

Last is the rusticated Poker from today with smooth top on the bowl and bamboo shank. A fine Trio of pipes by a fine and generous maker.

That's the nicest poker I have ever seen! I love the bamboo reference in the rustication. Banjo, I keep meaning to ask if you have a photo of all your pipes? it must be quite the collection judging by what you keep showing one at a time!
