Thanks for the help fellas. So what I got from the radio show was if it is in a tin, age it in the tin. If not put it in a mason jar.
What I am unclear on is how to seal the mason jar. Just screw the lid on tight and leave it, or heat it up and do a vacuum seal? Any tips on how to do the vaccum seal on a mason jar? How tightly do you screw the lid on while heating the jar, how to heat it and how hot, do you tighten it down good after heating and wait for the pop? So many questions.
