So I was on my way out the door to have a smoke, and let my dog, Bailey, out with me. I watched her run around while I was smoking, when she started to jump up and bite the air like she was trying to catch a bird or a bug. Now its too cold for bugs, and I neither saw nor heard a bird. Plus she wasn't jumping that high, I doubt a bird would fly that low around her. She kept doing it for a bit, and the went back to running around. I knew animals will eat snow, but I didn't think they would catch snowflakes!

We take care of my sisters dog and she did it once, with big flakes. The funniest thing with her is because she has a really long tongue, when she runs in the snow she lets her tongue dangle and scoops up the snow so she can eat it, following her there are her paw prints and a trench running between! :laughat:
