It's from luxuary tobacco reviews, which I think Kevin owns...I could be wrong, but I'm sure he should know?

It is a Savinelli, you can tell that by the logo on the stem and it has a diamond shaped shank which makes it a Bulldog, which in this case happens to be bent. I'm not sure of the finish, but you should be able to find that out on their website or at smokingpipes.com.
