Not really a fan of these types of pipes, visually, but I love the pic with the Sillem's tin. They complement each other well.

Very interesting, the silver work is very cool. Is the stem original? Looks like the old ones had horn stems. I love the black and silver combinations though, looks like a Pirates's pipe or something.

shaintiques, yes I think it is, I've seen a few others of the same design, all have this same type stem.
