Have you ever given any thought to creating matches for Penzance and Stonehaven? Could do quite well in the current climate.

Frankly, I'd give it a try, but (and this is not a joke) I haven't smoked either of the blends in a long time because all of whatever arrives goes out the door pretty fast. If I can grab some, I can at least make the attempt.

A good alternative has to be winner. Whenever Penzance is available it's on the shelf for all of ten minutes. By the time you read the thread announcing availability it's sold out. A close match would be most welcome. Until then thanks for the Bengal Slices. That was another favorite of mine. Thought it was gone forever. Looking forward to Q4!!!
