There is a tarot deck for everyone. The designs are without limit, and more pop up all the time.
There is a new "Hillbilly" deck that offers this variation on The Fool card. Couldn't help but notice the cob he's smoking.

He looks pretty carefree, healthy, and with excellent posture, canine friend, and a dash of style with his knee patch. Fool may be in the eye of the beholder here, especially given the cob pipe.

I'm no tarot expert, but The Fool doesn't necessarily mean a negative connotation. It think, if memory serves, it means childlike and playful. But, I could be wrong. I think that the whole tarot thing is all about "reading" your person and then making the cards fit what they want to hear.
