Just finished my third bowl of Peretti D-7485 (each time a few weeks or months apart). In a Chinese Canadian, with iced decaf to chase. Dang this is good! At the start, smooth and spicy and roundly rich. Half way in, cocoa-chocolate really came forward and stayed until diminished at the end. Gentle sweetness throughout. This blend is a winner!
