CCC Inside a Diamond Maker Mark?

Is anyone familiar with this pipe maker mark: CCC inside a diamond shape (photo attached).
The hallmarks on the pipe indicate: Birmingham (Anchor inside shield with bottom point) 1900 (lowercase a inside shield with bottom point). I was searching pipephil in their geometrical section, but no luck.
