Hi All, I have now ordered several times from BnB and my experience is generally positive with the following specifics:
1. Prices are generally as good or better than other online sellers
2. Free shipping comes in higher than other sellers at $199 however they always email you a 10% discount if you leave things in your cart a few days that can compensate for the shipping charges on smaller orders.
3. The website/inventory is NEVER up to date. I almost always have them contact me saying things are back ordered or not in stock. Now I call ahead to make sure and the people are always friendly but it adds a step.
4. The shipping times are slower than average
5. If you set up an account they have a points system where you can get $$ towards a purchase.
6. Orders are always correct and very well packaged in my experience.
Overall I recommend them and I will continue to shop there for tins and gars primarily but the inventory gaps are a little annoying. I understand it on limited edition blends but it happens on very common items as well. - peace
