Afternoon!
I am in the process of restoring my great grandfather's old pipes. Found this little gem. I used the dating system to get a date of 1978. #87 style. Very cool. Great shape. The stem is too loose in the shank and it just falls out. I've been in contact with Peterson and they'll make me a new stem for it for €35, which doesn't seem bad for an antique pipe.
Any other options out there? I'll update my progress as I go, folks. Enjoy.
