I'm in the Woodlands and have been looking for a place. Westheimer's a bit of a drive in traffic at that time, but I think I might have to try to make it out one of these Fridays.

Replacement Meerschaum Insert Bowls for a Gourd Calabash? Looking to Have One Made.

That's really nice! Might look into briar instead. I do a lot of work on the lathe and might be able to do this myself. Thanks for the tip and pics!

Replacement Meerschaum Insert Bowls for a Gourd Calabash? Looking to Have One Made.

Was wondering how this worked out for you. Looking for a replacement bowl for my calabash to replace the ceramic bowl it came with (which I dropped and chipped). I tried emailing the store above but no reply. Hoping they are just busy. Any suggestions for other sources would be appreciated. Thanks!

Novice smoker with no palette yet, but I enjoyed a bowl of HB today. Have to agree with 8ball that it was very easy to keep lit. Relaxing and enjoyable, easy smoke. So far I've tried Early Morning Pipe, PS23 B&B, Sutliff Black Cordial and Pirate Kake. This and Early Morning Pipe have been my...

    Show Off Your Petersons Here!

Ok, I'm definitely a novice pipe smoker (2 weeks in) and I know I am not the first to post a Sherlock Holmes Lestrade, but I love this pipe. Started with a Missouri Meerschaum Cobbit the Shire pipe, which has been nice. I just received my Lestrade from My Smoking Shop in the UK today and enjoyed...
