My New Dunhill CK Shell Patent 1950

@skaukatt there must be an A or R on your CK for sure? actually I’m looking for a Comoy’s 256 since Comoy’s is also my favourite brand. Sasieni, not really. I once tried to obtain some one-dot and eight-dot but at the end, I decided to let it go.

    Some of my random pipes

out of terrible weather and boredom, I just take some of my favourite pipes out for cleaning. There are pre-1950 Charatan, pre-1960 Barling's, pre-1920 Dunhill, some A and C S. Bang. Hope it will be warmer soon.

    Orlik with no grade stamp

    here you are:
  16. lucilucius

    Orlik with no grade stamp

hi, with a round bowl, I would call it a fourshare. with a paneled bowl, I would call it a panel. :D
  17. lucilucius

    Orlik with no grade stamp

well, I happened to get a hold of this foursquare Orlik. Based on the stamp LONDON MADE, I'm kinda sure that pipe is pre-Cadogan, however, there is no stamp whatsoever to indicate the grade of this pipe, as you can see in the picture. is this the same thing like Lane-era Charatans sometimes...

Stanwell shape 20 - What do you think about it?

I also do agree that early Stanwell pipes are excellent. The one in this picture is a remarkable example, simple S, no crown, as light as a feather and smoke like a charm.

Stanwell shape 20 - What do you think about it?

one of my pipe friends said that 20 may be the best shape ever designed by Sixten Ivarsson while he was still with Stanwell. I totally agree with him. how about you, what do you think about it? It'd be wonderful to get to see some of your old Stanwell pipes here also. cheers,

    Just a Typical S. Bang

and another one, just not a classic shape, but a classic Bang.
