Cats? Lazy? For Them It's an Art Form, Like Ballet

A little cooperative woodshop I used to be a part of rented space in an old industrial building that was just starting to renovate. One of the guys got a couple cats from a specialty feral cat rescuer/relocator to help keep the mice away from our unit.

We were told not to expect to see them during the day, to be hissed at if we did, and under no circumstances should we consider these cats "pets".

Woe betides the man who gets a gets a cat and doesn't understand the adage that "Dog's have owners, Cat's have staff".

Double, as in they are sisters from the same litter. Polar opposites from there. The one in the front is almost twice the size of the other one. These happen to be my baby girls and my wife's lazy coworkers

If you have a cat, you have a pet.

If you have two cats, your cat has a friend.

Any more than that and you become "that weirdo with all the cats".
