    P&C drops the ball again!!

I used to get great service from them as well. Everything fell apart in February. I returned as a loyal customer, but as soon as I had a problem, they won't deal with it. Live and learn I guess. I did discover Boswell pipes as a result of all this, and their customer service is amazing, so one...

    P&C drops the ball again!!

Prairiedruid, I used the $50 voucher to get a new pipe......that needed to be returned. It has been a month and I still have no refund for the difference between the voucher and the price of the pipe. Numerous messages, but no action taken on their part. It's as if they have no one working in...

    P&C drops the ball again!!

Woodsroad, It is just another example of their poor customer service. They promised Peterson coffee and then send something else with not a single word of explanation. How is that acceptable?

    P&C drops the ball again!!

Once again, P&C drops the ball. Just received some no-name brand coffee for the Peterson coffee I have been waiting since their Feb 20th special. No note explaining the reasoning at all. I returned as a customer after all their shipping problems to use the gift card they gave me. I ordered a...

    Casey Jones alternative

Thanks for the replies. I will try a homemade blend as I do have some 1-Q already.

    Casey Jones alternative

I love Casey Jones Last Ride, but my latest order is tied up with P&C's debacle. No one else seems to carry this tobacco. Any recommended alternatives? Or is Casey Jones a repackage of another tobacco for P&C? Thanks in advance.

John Rinaldi Pipe - Work of art

Ok, so my pipe addiction has led me to buy a pipe I just wanted to ogle. I may never smoke it, but it has a proud spot in my pipe cabinet. It's a John Rinaldi pipe that is a work of art. His pipes are beautiful. I found it on Ebay.

    Any idea the brand?

Thanks for the help. I got both pipes for less than I see the Stanwell fetching, so regardless, I am ahead of the game.

    Any idea the brand?

Here is with the stem removed. Please note I have not cleaned it yet!

    Any idea the brand?

I picked up a couple pipes from an estate. One is a great Stanwell Danish Star, but another has no nomenclature. If you can point me in the right direction for ID, I would appreciate it. It says ITALY on the back of the shank. It has 2 brass rings as part of the stem as well. Pictures:

    Peterson Freehand

Anthony, I owe you a public apology. I am out of sorts at the moment and seem itching for a fight. Picked up my dog's ashes yesterday and should have taken my mindset into consideration before I responded to you. I was in the wrong.

    Peterson Freehand

Alexnorth, I found that pipe on Ebay. It is a GBD with a stem I had never seen before. I have a few old Comoy's with an orangeish stem, but the GBD is very cool. I have an even wilder stemmed pipe, a GBD Bronze Velvet.

Pipe Porn - Pre-Lane Charatan and GBD PixAxe

Love the shape of the GBD, sorry to hear it isn't the best smoker. I have a few like that as well. Looks ain't everything.

Is this enough keep your suspicion at bay? This is just some of my pipes.

    Clairmont Pipe

Kane, thanks for the link! I emailed Clairmont to get more information. I haven't smoked it yet as it was in need of a serious cleaning. Hoping it smokes well as I would like to add it to my rotation.
