I have Amazon Prime video & NOW TV (for the F1 and football). I re-up for a single month my subscriptions for NETFLIX and Disney+ occasionally and binge watch anything I wanna see. I use FreeVee quite a bit and that's free, although you do have to sit through some adverts.

Mud flap antennas get all the local channels and every streaming service out there is reasonable with no ads. Streaming live TV and sports however will cost you more though. Just buy seasons of your favorite shows from Prime Video, get Netflix and Hulu No ads. Amazon prime gets you prime video no extra cost. You'll save tons. Could also grab redbox app too. Get a Roku or other device to host your streaming apps. Cut cable about 8 years ago and never miss it.

We dropped Spectrum for Youtube TV in May. The cost for the content is about the same but the savings come with not renting the boxes from Sectrum. I really miss just turning on the TV with one click instead of having to click 4 times and the wait for every system to load.

We've had yttv for several years now and love it.
I tried all the major streaming platforms for "cable like" TV.

I mostly have it for sports so I could probably could go with just fubu and an antenna. But then again, I have 30 different tins open right now🫠

Dropped DISH after many years for YouTube TV. It's been about a year now...no complaints.

Where I live, Comcrap TV and internet comes with the territory of the HOA. Internet here rocks, ten times more than I need. (400. 40 alone would allow UHD on two or three sets.)
I sub to a lot of streams. Broadcast TV I record for the sports I follow, some news; otherwise a wasteland.

Sorry no experience with alternates such as Youtube TV.

For tv programming I use DirecTv Stream and I guess I still have Netflix.
While it's no help to anyone, I suppose it's worth noting I dont actually pay for the Dtv streaming.
My brother sells ATT/DirecTv service and he hooked me up with a magic login. I get ALL the sports and movies.
Useful for college football and basketball, but otherwise my tv pretty much stays on the Pipe Network (TCM).

Don't watch TV much. But we have Fox news on most of the day for the dogs. Something about some noise calming them. Doesn't seem to work. Need to call Spectrum and yell at them soon.

Netflix, which I will probably drop if I have to start paying for it (because of my membership in the Visual Effects Society Netflix usually is free, but I haven't heard if that gift is being renewed), Britbox, HULU, Disney+(which I will also probably drop), Prime, and MAX, for which I paid for a year in advance to get a 25% discount. I don't watch a lot of TV, I listen to it like radio while I'm working. My son has Criterion, which is a terrific channel for the cinephile.
