Xikar Soft Flame

I noticed in today's Smoking Pipes update they have started carrying an old boy style lighter from Xikar. Anyone have any experience with these? They caught my eye and come in quite a few finishes.

I have no experience with these, but have many of their cigar accessories. Excellent brand and lifetime warranties on their products.

I have one and it’s pretty decent. After about a year the main mast just fell apart and the lighter was useless. Sent it in under the lifetime warranty and they cheerfully sent me a brand new one that is working just fine. It’s my go to lighter although I actually prefer matches. The only negative really is that it’s horrible outside with any kind of breeze let alone wind.
