WO Larsen Signature - An Aromatic that Taste Like it Smells

I have to admit that when I first opened the tin of W.O. Larsen Signature, that I just closed it back up without smoking it.
The tin aroma smelled amazing!
So why did I just close it back up?
Because it smelled like the tin aroma of the Peterson 2009 Christmas blend. That one smells great and tastes like nothing.
The great thing about W.O. Larsen Signature is that it actually tastes like the tin aroma. Delicious. It is like eating a rich dessert - fruity, nutty, and sweet. Smooth burning with no bite.
The room note is the same - tested by Laura.
The only problem is that the tin is so cool that Laura is trying to snag it for herself to put stuff in.

Just looked this up, sounds really good, called my tobacconist and they dont even carry anything by W O Larsen.. time to find a good online shop!

When I first started smoking a pipe 14 years ago I started with aromatics and almost quit the pipe because I was smoking cheap aromatics and was just not getting what I imagined pipe smoking was like. I tried a few higher end nonaromatic tins and that pretty much set me off on my pipe smoking career. With the box pass I have finally started to enjoy aromatics again and this tobacco was one of the reasons for that. I find this stuff to be amazing. I agree with Kevin, it is one of the few aromatics that tastes just like it smells. The tobacco minus the casing would be just as good on its own as well so I really really love this stuff. It's like smoking fine tobacco and fine perfume together. Incredible stuff indeed.

My daughters always snagged my empty tins when they were small. Neat things to store stuff in. That and they smelled good . LOL!
