I bought this in an estate lot and haven't been successful finding any definitive information about it. It is stamped Wiltshire Made In London England shape # 45. When I search for history on it, James Upshall keeps popping up but nothing about the Wiltshire pipe. I'd normally write this off as a coincidence, but this is the same estate lot that had a 1919 Loewe & Company pipe. The previous owner had an eye for quality English briar. The fit and finish on this pipe is top notch. I'd like to get the opinion of the Upshall collectors on this.

If it does have anything to do with Upshall, Neverbend is the man to ask.

FWIW, I think the SP attribution is incorrect, as every Sasieni Mayfair I have ever seen, has the Sasieni name on it. Also the shape number 45 is not, I believe, a Sasieni shape number.
