Well thought I'd share with you guys, I got my first order of tobacco from the states through 4noggins. I was a little apprehensive but the process was relatively pain free other than the package was rejected at the border the first time but 4noggins apologized and got out right back in the mail and out cleared and now I'm enjoying some C&D blends that seem unavailable to me up here in Canada and at a much more tolerable price. The Plumb pudding I got delivered cost less in cdn$ after 2 rounds of shipping than the us$ sticker price I paid for a tin that I got in seattle on my last trip there
