Which Countries In Africa And Middle East Will Have EV Charging Station First?

My understanding is military will turn to EV very soon. Just wondering which countries are stupid enough to provide US with EV charging stations. I'm sure we ain't going "over there" again, so which developing countries will be crazy enough to accommodate US military with EV stations will open their legs wide open. No oil, no war. Hope Taiwan has more reserve than we do if they want us. Oh! Bullets too! Of course, mobile EV charging stations with gasoline generators are an option. 8 hours truth every night to charge EV gotta be a must. Someone isn't thinking at all.

While UK, France, Germany and other nations are busy evacuating their citizens, we are not. Per what I understand, evacuating our citizens isn't something we normally do. Unless the situation becomes extremely urgent. I don't agree with this policy, but I'm not sure what kind of SNAFU they will create after seeing what happened in Afghanistan. Apparently, we have been telling US citizens to get out for awhile, and state dept. and the admin determined they don't want to get out. Don't agree with that decision either.
