Where to send a pipe to get banded?

Say I had a vintage pipe with a crack in the shank and wanted to pay to get it banded. Where would I take it? What am I looking at as far as cost?

I do bands also, but his prices beat me by a long shot. However, I do thick 18 gauge thick sterling silver (.925) bands that are compression fit into a custom cut dado to make it flush. I can also make the band shaped to fit around nomenclature. But, I have no idea what types of bands Norwood uses, so I can't say whether mine is better. But, I do these for $30-40. PM me if you are interested. But, Norwoods seems like a classy service also.
