Hello all, as this is my first year heavily into the pipe collecting hobby I am eagerly looking forward to the Holiday Season ... and admiring the 2013 Christmas Pipes. Looking around I have not seen any of this year's pipes yet. I was wondering if anyone knows around what time of year the past year's Christmas pipes were revealed? I am hoping there will be enough time so that I can convince my girlfriend to get the right gift this year.

I haven't seen any Christmas pipes online, and I have hyperactivity disorder when it comes to the pipe sites.

Smokingpipes.com has the Peterson Christmas Pipes. They are one page 3 of the Peterson section. I personally am waiting to Mark Tinsky's Christmas Pipe. I got his 2012 one in Coral and really enjoy it.

Thanks for letting us know that billbearcat :) I've been looking all over the place for those. I'm surprised I didn't notice they were on smokingpipes.com. I've already found the one I want. Going to have to save for a few weeks before I pull the trigger. Just in case, I bookmarked three of them that I like in case the one I want gets sold. I purchased my first Peterson in March. It was a st patty's day pipe. I've decided I want to make a tradition to get a st. patty's day pipe and a christmas pipe from Peterson every year. :D

One thing I've noticed, you can find Christmas pipes from years past here and there online, so some lines

don't sell out, even when they are based on popular standard pipes. That may be why the promotion for

this year's is low key and not starting too early. I think a Christmas pipe is the one the pipe smoker wants,

not the one the pipe companies or artisans designate as a Christmas pipe. Peterson does get a lot of mileage

out of St. Patrick's Day pipes, and it's not even a big holiday in Ireland itself. Much bigger in U.S.

In my experience my Christmas pipes come with Santa Claus it's uncanny how that guy comes down the chimney with his pipe going and leaves me at least one or two pipes of my own. He is a great guy and I fully understand why they call him Saint.

Harris, they changed it this year. The Special Edition Christmas Shank Brushes are being released on November 2. Christmas pipes will follow a week later.

Peck just don't send the Grinch to Harris's home for Christmas. He would not sing like the Who's if his brushes and pipes were stolen on Christmas Day.
