I'm sure there are others, but which company do you most often order from... and why?

In no particular order and for different reasons (I think I listed reasons on a recent thread):
smokingpipes.com, iwan ries, cup o joe, tobaccopipes.com, 4noggins
Others are good, but these seem to be my favorites, and I shop them all for comparison and for different inventory.

MilanTobacco.com and Tobaccopipes.com. Milan for customer service, house blends, and high end accessories and estate pipes. Tobaccopipes.com for good selection, good prices, and free shipping.

I almost exclusively order from SmokingPipes. Great selection, prices, and staff working there.
I have ordered from CupOJoes and it was a pleasant experience.
Haven't ordered from Pipes&Cigars that I can recall. Probably will at some point to check out Blood Red Moon and get a discount bulk buying some of Russ' amazing blends.

Marscigars and pipesandcigars are getting most of my business for tobacco now. For pipes it's pulvers, briarblues, al pascia and neatpipes for customer service and selection. I used to buy nearly exclusively from smoking pipes but I had a bad experience with them trying to purchase a pipe this week. A CSR kept me on hold for >20 minutes and when he got back to me he wouldn't make time to help me with my purchase. In the past, they've bent over backwards and in similar circumstances always got back to me voluntarily. I'm sure it was an just an isolated incident.

In the last two years, I've purchased almost exclusively from P&C, SP, 4Noggins and MARs.
I have bought estates and accoutrements from briarblues, MKELaw, and WalkerBriarworks.
I've also bought pipe and tobacco from PipesMagazine members.

I mainly purchase from Smokingpipes.com, but I've also made purchases from Pipes and Cigar and Cup of Joe's.

I purchase mostly from SP and P&C but also frequent Milan, 4Noggins, CupoJoes, Iwan Ries, Pipeworks & Wilke. I've experienced excellent customer service at all. Really it comes down to stock and price/sale.
Edit: For aged/consignment tobacco, Pipestud is the place.

I've read in some other postings about Pipeworks & Wilke. I visited their site and may have to try it someday.
As for me, it's been 98% Pipe and Cigar, and I do not know why, other then the fact that when I find something that works, I stick with it. P&C sends out several emails per week, but unlike other company emails that I simply delete, I find myself opening these and going off to the site.
I've used smoking pipe with great success and I have NO reason NOT to buy from them, but for some reason, I just don't.

P&C I place the majority of orders at P&C but do use the rest of the list in this order.

Of late I have been buying most of my tobacco from Carol Burns of Pipeworks & Wilke in Vermont. The quality of her tobacco is top shelf and she has a nice selection of naturally cased aromatics, crossovers, and English blends. She's a one woman business and picks up the phone herself. She takes the time to discuss your preferences and will customize any of her blends to suit your taste. Her tobacco is a bit pricey at $8.65-1050 for 2 oz and 59.00-73.00 perlb but in my opinion worth every penny

I deal with pipesandcigars.com for now. Just three orders from them but all good experiences. Went to them because they carried Admirals Choice. The 2-3 day shipping is always on point. They say they ship monday...I order on friday and it's been here Wednesday every time. Always boxed neatly as well. Haven't tried anyone else yet, but it seems they have everything I need for about the same prices as elsewhere.
