Pretty new hear, so I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the right area, but here goes!
About a little over year ago I bought a pipe from a Salvos store and since then I've had no gain from the internet (go figure) from searching up what nomenclature I found on the pipe's shank for its origins.

The markings read on one side "FIESTA" and the other, "MADE IN FRANCE / 304".

A Chacom made pipe should be good. It's a nice traditional shape and looks well made. Good pick.

Dollar for dollar, it's hard to beat French pipes, and I think history shows the great pipe makers of

England borrowed many of their shapes and much of their knowhow from France, but they raised

the prices considerably.

Ah thank you very much everyone.

Mso, I agree; it's a sturdy pipe and very comfortable. Thanks for the input!
