Those look excellent. I did the exact same thing a few days ago, NY Strips, same seasoning. Just polished them off last night making steak sandwiches with sautéed onions and peppers and some pepper jack cheese.
Today was my little guy’s last day of first grade. He wanted pizza. I got him a two footer!
Our friend Richard prepared a wonderful dinner for us and two friends: salmon, lobster tails, snow crab legs, arugula salad with mango, and potatoes with rosemary.
If the tradition continues as he grows, it'll be a really big pie when he graduates high school!
Ginger scallion noodles with shrimp and chili crisp. Vegetable spring rolls with sweet Thai chili sauce. Kimchi.
Dirty rice with Wild Turkey liver, heart, and gizzard. The recipe is missing Connecuh smoked sausage. The instructions are close enough if you’re not an idiot. 
Well after a year or so off keto and not being trustworthy around carbs I’m back on keto, the being laid off didn’t help either … well helped me eat a lot of pie but anyway.

This evening we were out and about and decided to indulge ourselves instead of fixing up something when we got home. So, being in the neighborhood, we went to our favorite Indian restaurant. Now, this is not some fancy Indian restaurant where all the dishes are like Gerber's baby food. As an Indian friend once told me this place serves food like the truck drivers and laborers back in India eat. Be that as it may, my wife and I both love it.
We can never remember the Indian names of the dishes, so we gave them our own names. The meal consisted of goat balls and baby puke with a desert of cat guts. It was yummy...
