What the heck?

Can anyone identify this stamp marking? It is a row of flowers and it seems to be stamped over some letters too hard to read, but I think I see the letters, AKE at the end...but not 100% sure. On the other side of the pipe it says "made in London England" with the number 4 to the left.

Wow, that’s terrible stamping. Definitely looks like it once said something and was over stamped with the flowers. Strange. Or the stamp operator had way to much coffee.

It's a Charatan's Make...........
When Dunhill bought the brand they XXXXX'd out the name and sold them for what they could. It's still a quality Charatan though........
