I was given this pipe by a family member and I know it was a pretty cheap grab but I never seen a Metal Basket inside the Pipe Bowl. Is this even a Pipe?

? I did not know they made them like that. Chasingembers came to the same conclusion. But I guess mystery solved!

I smoked something similar back when I first started. It has a metal bowl but the rest are from some sort of resin. I think its toxic
