This is my favorite pipe. Ser Jacopo. Straight grain. Pure bird's eye top. Army mount of sterling silver.
But I don't know what this shape is called.

I would consider it a bent Dublin, although some would probably claim it as a Zulu. Either way, it's gorgeous!

Bent Dublin....no question...aaah, but that military mount- would love to have a conversation with the guy who did that!

I had to agree, Dublin. But the briar put a number of other shapes in mind, like many classic freehands that aren't Dublins, and the horn with its big curves, even a little Calabash suggested by the up-curving rim. It sure is a Dublin, but with a lot of other allusions in there.
