I did a Google search, and saw several for sale, but they are all overseas. The prices seem reasonable to me. I have one though I've only smoked it twice.

Ive considered them. I then thought about something Cosmic stated in a thread. He found that despite liking the, the shape wasnt that comfortable to hold. The one Im talking about is a more exagerated version of the pipe Jim posted. I think there are a couple of versions. I really like the flat saucer version but it does look a little cumbersome.

I always hesitate to say, "I didn't say that," because Chasingembers very well could dig up my old statement and prove me wrong, ha ha. But, I should rather say that I don't find it cumbersome to "hold," just cumbersome in general, despite what words I may have used in the past. But, I do love the chamber size. Mine is a tad over 1" wide. I also had a custom bulldog made that has the same bowl dimensions. It's a honkin' hunk of briar, h aha. but, I think everyone who loves exploring the differences in pipe sizes and designs should try one. I am not sure whether I just don't smoke it often because of cumbersomeness or that I just don't smoke blends that I enjoy in larger pipes that often. Regardless, it is a drawer pipe, but I do love having it handy if I ever do get the urge to smoke a Burley Flake or a GH rope. For me it makes a very strong blend more like a cigar with a large ring gauge; it just sort of takes the edges off for me.
