I was doing a bit of reading on meerschaum coloring, and I someone stated that "goopers" will color meerschaum quickly. What kind of tobacco is a gooper?

I was always under the impression that a gooper was only the heavily cased, wet-smoking aros like Captain Black. I don't think Classic Burley Kake, for example, would count as a gooper.

Speaking of CB, does anyone know if the newer CB offerings are in the same moisture range as the classic stuff?

CB always scorches my tongue. I might have to get try Eileen's Dream again to see if I still enjoy the flavors. It's always been kind on my tongue. I'd say it's considered a gooper, wouldn't you?
